NOTIFICATION "Case can't be created. No matching workflow found for the selection"

After selecting the raw data and activating the "Create transport" button, the message "Case can't be created. No matching workflow found for the selection" appears in the right frame. It is not possible to carry out the process further. 


The reasons lie in the following criteria, which are systematically checked when creating a transport and must be taken into account when creating the transport.


Only data objects that meet the following criteria can be placed in a transport:

  • Data objects has the status "unassigned" (and are therefore is not already in another transport)
  • The "latest warehouse arrival date" is not in the past


If several objects are to be combined in one transport, the following rules are also requested:

  • all objects must have an overlap in their delivery period (defined by “earliest to latest warehouse arrival date”)
  • all objects must have the same delivery location (“location”)


If one of the rules is violated, booking the transport is not possible.
