QUESTION: How does the status of a transport change from "Open" to "Ready to book"?
ANSWER:
- By clicking "Create case" and then "Create" the transport status changes to "Open"
- For POs in the transport: select "Quantity confirm" - this causes the status to change to "In Process". This is a systematic status. The change to status "Ready to book" occurs when the user (the person making the booking ) confirms the order quantities (green button).
- For ELS / Infor data in the transport: select "Ready to book" - this causes the status to change to "In Process." This is a systemic status. The change to "Ready to book" occurs when the user (the person making the booking) confirms the step (green button).
