Description
- Changes are to be made to the WFM transport, i.e.,
- objects are to be removed from the transport OR
- objects are to be added to the transport OR
- delivery quantities are to be adjusted.
- To make changes, the transport must be in the "OPEN" or "REOPEN" status.

Variants in regard to the current status of the WFM-Transport:
1. Current status is "OPEN" or REOPENED" - go to Step 2
2. Current status is "READY TO BOOK" - go to Step 1
3. Current status is "BOOKED" - go to Step 1
- This option allows you to adjust the WFM transport even if a slot has already been booked
- The slot booking will remain

STEP 1: "Reopen" Transport
Please carry out process step "Reopen":
- Result: WFM-Transport gets status "REOPENDED" and can be changed
- Please go to STEP 2 (see below)

STEP 2: Change Transport
OPTION 1: Add Objects
- Select objects to be added under "Raw Data"
- Carry out "Create Transport"
- In the window on the right, select "Add to case":
- Select the "Available Cases" dropdown and select the desired transport (important: this must be in the "OPEN" or "REOPENED" status)
- Select the "Update" button
- You will be redirected to the overview of the created transports
FURTHER OPTIONS:
- Remove Objects - please see OPTION 2
- Change delivery quantities - please see OPTION 3
- Complete transport / process:
- If using at least one purchase order:
- please carry out process step "Quantity confirm" confirm delivery quantities and confirm process step ("Done")
- If the transport initially was in the status "BOOKED", this will be reached again. Otherwise please make the booking by using "Click for slot"
- If using only delivery notes:
- click process step "Ready to book"
- If the transport initially was in the status "BOOKED", this will be reached again. Otherwise please make the booking by using "Click for slot"
- If using at least one purchase order:
OPTION 2: Remove Objects
Usage of the "recycle bin":
- Object disappears
- NOTE: if symbol is not visible, widen column "ACTIONS" (with mouse pointer on column edge)
FURTHER OPTIONS:
- Add Objects - please see OPTION 2
- Change delivery quantities - please see OPTION 3
- Complete transport / process:
- If using at least one purchase order:
- please carry out process step "Quantity confirm" confirm delivery quantities and confirm process step ("Done")
- If the transport initially was in the status "BOOKED", this will be reached again. Otherwise please make the booking by using "Click for slot"
- If using only delivery notes:
- click process step "Ready to book"
- If the transport initially was in the status "BOOKED", this will be reached again. Otherwise please make the booking by using "Click for slot"
- If using at least one purchase order:
OPTION 3: Change Delivery Quantities (only for Purchase Orders)
Click "Quantity confirm":
Result: Status WFM-Transport is "In Process"
Re-enter quantities and confirm with “Done”:
Result:
If the transport initially was in the status "BOOKED", this will be reached again. The process is finished.
Otherwise the status "READY TO BOOK" will be reached
FURTHER OPTIONS:
- Remove / add objects - see STEP 1
- Completion of booking (when status is "READY TO BOOK") by using "Click for slot"
