PARTIAL BOOKINGS OF PURCHASE ORDERS

In the event that you want to deliver a PO multiple times:

The first notification / booking of a PO with a partial quantity means that the object receives the status "Booked" and can therefore no longer be booked

Follow-up process:

• The corresponding PO is automatically re-imported when the slot booking has been made (can currently take a few minutes due to system reasons)
• The status of the new object is "unassigned". It can therefore be booked
• The remaining quantity in the newly imported object is the order quantity minus quantities already notified
