Modified on Thu, 19 Jun at 4:02 PM

! Please take notice !

There are changes in the slot booking process for the OTTO in Ansbach and Löhne starting from

May, 13th

In order to increase transparency, it will be necessary to specify the items to be delivered (with quantity) with a reference the corresponding purchase order or delivery note in the future.

In addition, you can tell by the behavior of Cargoclix Slot that the new process is active for you:

The timetable is open (= booking fields are highlighted in "white", but the "Book" button is deactivated - note: when activated, it is "blue"):

When you click on a booking window, a pop-up appears that points to the new, expanded process - including the link to the "workflow manager":

This is an upstream tool in which the information described must be entered.

If you do not have access - please submit a ticket HERE.

Contact, Support, and Ticketing

  • In case of questions or uncertainties regarding the process, our support is available to assist you.
  • You can reach them via the ticket form (LINK) or the email address info-cargoclix-avisierung@otto.de

Note: Simplifications / Adjustments in the Process

  • In Ansbach and Löhne, data is directly transferred into the familiar slot system through the use of the Workflow Manager. This concerns the required item numbers, the OTTO supplier identification number, and potentially further fields in the future. This eliminates the manual effort in the slot system
  • The obligation to attach the delivery note does NOT cease
  • It is now possible to make adjustments to the composition of the WFM transport for booked transports (Status: 'Booked') WITHOUT losing the unloading date. A description can be found here: LINK
