There are changes in the slot booking process for the OTTO in Erfurt, Langenselbold and Mosina starting from

October, 1st

In order to increase transparency, it will be necessary to specify the items to be delivered (with quantity) with a reference the corresponding purchase order or delivery note in the future.

NOTE: The expanded process currently does not affect the "Durchlaufware" area. The existing process remains unchanged for this type of delivery.

In addition, you can tell by the behavior of Cargoclix Slot that the new process is active for you:

When you click on a booking window, a pop-up appears that points to the new, expanded process - including the link to the "workflow manager":

Training Dates

• To facilitate the transition, training dates will be offered. This is an optional offer, not mandatory. 
• Use of the detailed documentation (see above) is possible. 
  Training dates are currently planned as follows:
  • Monday, 22.09.25 – 11:00 to 12:00 (german)
  • Tuesday, 23.09.25 – 09:00 to 10:00 (english)
  • Wednesday, 24.09.25 – 13:00 to 14:00 (german)
